Airlessco, a division of Graco Inc. (Minneapolis, Minn.), announced the availability of the EZ Rent airless paint sprayers in two models: EZ570 and EZ700.

The company says the series offers low-maintenance design combined with high-quality construction and components for reliable operation and extended life.
The sprayers are capable of handling water- and oil-based coatings, 100% acrylics, stains, and varnishes, and can be used by professional contractors, facility managers and homeowners.
The EZ Rent models are equipped with a .9-horsepower DC motor and generate 3,000 psi maximum operating pressure. The EZ570 weighs 71 pounds and delivers a maximum output of 0.85 gpm, and the EZ700 model is 73 pounds and offers a maximum output delivery of 0.95 gpm. Both models are capable of pumping directly from 1- or 5-gallon paint containers.
The company says several design features and components have been incorporated into the sprayers for enhanced durability and reduced downtime, including the patented, externally-adjustable Triple-Life™ packing system, reported to extend packing life and reduce repair costs and downtime. The system also indicates packing wear, ensuring replacements are made when necessary to avoid unexpected interruption during operation.
Both models also are equipped with a slow-stroking stainless-steel piston pump that protects the piston, packings, valve seats, and check balls and extends the life cycle of the entire unit, the company says. Electronic components are stored in a stainless-steel casing to protect them from paint and other contaminants, and the fan-cooled motor is enclosed to prevent brush wear. The high-torque design runs relatively slowly, reducing both heat and premature wear.
Other features include a precision electronic pressure-control system and a large, user-friendly LCD display that eliminates the guesswork of selecting pressure settings. Cleanup is facilitated with the optional Quick Flush™ adapter.
