A Durability + Design free webinar, “Sustainability in Masonry Construction: The Complete Masonry Wall,” is scheduled for 11 a.m. EST Thursday, Oct. 27.
Architects, designers and structural engineers are invited to participate in the webinar, designed to enhance understanding of how accessory components are incorporated into masonry wall assembly.
The webinar will discuss today’s high performance energy-efficient walls, new products and concepts, industry standards, and code-change considerations. The program will also glimpse into the future of the masonry industry.
Worth one AIA HSW credit, the fast-paced, information-filled session will cover current hot topics such as material compatibility, “installability” in reference to both material selection and detailing, and system warranties.
