Tennant Company (Minneapolis, MN) has announced the opening of its new Coatings Technical Center, a 10,000 sq ft facility. According to the company, the new facility will allow the firm to focus more on its coating business, including floor coatings solutions.
According to Mickey Gubman, Coatings Group director, 7,000 feet of the new facility is dedicated to product testing on a variety of substrates, including concrete, VCT, and terrazzo. The new facility is a few miles from the company's headquarters.
Gubman stated, "We are excited to have a facility dedicated to the development and testing of new and existing Tennant coatings as well as to contractor and sales representative training. This facility demonstrates Tennant Company's continued commitment to coatings and to providing products that protect and enhance floors and surfaces in a variety of industrial and commercial settings."
